These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of leading-edge.in and the advisory services provided by Leading Edge (AMFI Registered ARN – 3534). By accessing the website or engaging our services you accept these Terms in full.

About Leading Edge

Leading Edge is an independent AMFI-registered mutual-fund distributor based in Ahmedabad, India. We provide goal-based financial planning, risk profiling, and execution support for mutual-fund and AIF investments. We are not a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA); we operate strictly under the distributor framework defined by SEBI and AMFI.

Nature of Information on This Site

1. All content on this website is for educational and informational purposes only.
2. Nothing on the site constitutes a personalised investment recommendation.
3. Past performance of any mutual fund or asset class is not indicative of future returns.
4. Examples, charts, and calculators are illustrative; actual outcomes will differ based on market conditions, your time horizon, and your tax position.

Risk Disclosure

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents (SID, KIM, SAI) carefully before investing.

Consultation & Advisory Engagement

1. The initial 30-minute consultation is offered free of cost and creates no advisor–client relationship.
2. A formal engagement begins only when you complete KYC, sign the relevant FATCA and risk-profiling forms, and execute your first transaction through us.
3. We are compensated through the commission paid by Asset Management Companies under the distributor arrangement. We do not charge separate advisory fees.
4. You may stop using our distribution services at any time by switching to a Direct plan or another distributor — we will assist with the transfer at no charge.

Intellectual Property

All content — articles, illustrations, calculators, branding — is the intellectual property of Leading Edge or its licensors. You may reference our content with attribution and a link back to the source page. Wholesale copying is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• We are not liable for losses resulting from market movements.
• We are not liable for delays caused by AMCs, RTAs, banks, or stock exchanges.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Leading Edge against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your provision of false information, or your misuse of the website.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The revised version takes effect on the “Last updated” date shown in the banner above. Continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
