- Identity documents — PAN, Aadhaar, KYC documents (only when you onboard as a client, subject to SEBI / AMFI norms).
- Website usage data — pages visited, time on page, device type, anonymised IP — collected via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
How We Collect It
Information is collected only through channels you initiate — the website lead form, WhatsApp messages, phone calls, or direct email. We do not buy contact lists or scrape third-party sources.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry within 2 business hours.
- To schedule and conduct a consultation tailored to your situation.
- To complete KYC and onboarding paperwork as required by SEBI, AMFI, and the relevant AMC.
- To send periodic portfolio reviews and statutory disclosures via email.
- To improve our website and content based on aggregated, anonymised analytics.
How We Protect Your Information
All identity documents and KYC data are encrypted at rest and accessible only to the AMFI-registered ARN holder. We do not store your bank account details or credit-card information on our servers — investments are routed directly through the relevant AMC or stockbroker.
Data Retention
Client records are retained for 8 years from the last transaction, in line with SEBI record-keeping requirements. Lead form submissions that do not convert are deleted after 12 months.
Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for execution of mutual-fund transactions.
- CAMS, KFin Technologies, and other RTAs for unit allocation and statutory reporting.
- Regulators (SEBI, AMFI, Income Tax Department) when legally required.
